Seasonal Stay & Storage Program
Enjoy six months of resort living at Southern Hammock with the convenience of storing your RV onsite while you’re away. Our Seasonal Stay & Storage Program is designed for guests who spend part of the year traveling but want a simple, reliable place to return each season.
Program Details
- “On” Months – Active Stay
- Guests enjoy a six-month stay at Southern Hammock and pay the standard monthly RV site rate during their active stay.
- “Off” Months – Onsite RV Storage
- While guests are away, their RV may remain stored onsite. A $167 per-month storage fee, plus electricity, applies during the six-month storage period. The full $1,000 storage fee is due at the time of seasonal departure.
Storage Requirements During Off Months
To maintain community appearance and safety standards:
- Slides must be fully retracted.
- Sewer and water hoses must be disconnected and properly stored.
- All personal items and equipment must be removed from the campsite.
- Guests who return during the storage period and wish to stay in the community will be charged the standard nightly, weekly, or monthly rate.
Start Date Requirement
The six-month active stay must begin between October 1 and December 15. This program is ideal for seasonal guests who want the convenience of extended stays at Southern Hammock while safely storing their RV onsite during the off-season.
